Step 1:
Start your browser type the address https://sherlock.my-hosting-panel.com:8443/ or https://yourdomain.com:8443/. Following screen will appear type your "Username" and "Password" in the respective positions (Username and Password will be provided you at the time of purchase) and press
"Log In" button.
Step 2:
If you want to change Default FTP Password Click 1 "Web Hosting Settings" (Step 2.1). If you want to Create New FTP Account Click 2 "FTP Accounts" (Step 2.2, Step 2.3).
Step 2.1:
Please change "FTP/Microsoft FrontPage Login" in field 1 and provide "New FTP/ Microsoft FrontPage Password" and "Confirm Password" in field 2 scroll down and press "OK". Your Default FTP Password will be changed.
Step 2.2:
Click on "Add New FTP Account".
Step 2.3:
Please provide "FTP account name" in field 1. Specify folder in field 2 or leave as it is and provide "New Password" and "Confirm Password" in field 3 and press 4 "OK". Your new FTP account will be created.
