Step 1:

Start your browser type the address https://sherlock.my-hosting-panel.com:8443/ or https://yourdomain.com:8443/. Following screen will appear type your "Username" and "Password" in the respective positions (Username and Password will be provided you at the time of purchase) and press
"Log In" button.

Step 2:

To create new email account click 1 "Create Mail Account" (Step 2.1, Step 2.2). If you want to change password of existing email account click 2 "Mail Accounts" (Step 2.3, Step 2.4, Step 2.5).

Step 2.1:

Please type email address you want to create in field 1 and provide New Password and Confirm Password in fields 2 and click Finish 3.

Step 2.2:

Following screen will appear and confirm that your mail has been created successfully. You may use other options for the created email address from following screen.

Step 2.3:

If you want to change any email address password click on the email address from list.

Step 2.4:

Following screen will appear. Now click on "Preferences".

Step 2.5:

Please provide "New Password" and "Confirm Password" in field 1 and click "OK". Email password will be changed.
